1 Eligibility & Account Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

1.2 Geographic Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the if888 platform is legal in your jurisdiction. if888 makes no representation that the services are available or appropriate in locations outside the Philippines.

1.3 Registration Requirements

To open an if888 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine contact number, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

1.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

In accordance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements and applicable anti-money laundering laws, if888 conducts KYC verification procedures. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine passport, UMID, SSS, driver's licence), proof of address, and payment method verification documents before deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

1.5 One Account Policy

Each individual may only hold one (1) if888 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. if888 uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect duplicate accounts. All accounts found to be duplicates are subject to immediate closure, and any funds or bonuses within those accounts may be forfeited without notice.

2 Account Responsibilities

2.1 Credential Security

You are solely and fully responsible for the security and confidentiality of your if888 username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You agree to use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service. if888 will never contact you — by email, live chat, social media, or any other channel — to request your password or two-factor authentication code. Any individual claiming to be if888 staff who asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

2.2 Account Activity Responsibility

All activity that occurs on your if888 account while your credentials are active — including bets placed, withdrawals requested, and personal data changes made — is deemed to have been authorised by you. if888 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to secure your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact if888 support immediately to have your account secured.

2.3 Account Currency

All if888 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposit and withdrawal amounts are processed in PHP. if888 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences applied by your payment provider.

2.4 Inactive Accounts

An if888 account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months is considered dormant. if888 reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied. The account will not be closed solely due to inactivity, and all remaining funds remain accessible upon reactivation.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposit Methods

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your if888 balance instantly or within a few minutes of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits and over-the-counter payments may take longer to process depending on the payment provider. if888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

3.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that has been verified under the if888 KYC process. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

4 Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

if888 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general terms in this section as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus amounts credited to your if888 account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. 4.3 Bonus Eligibility

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to exploit bonuses through low-risk wagering strategies, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts, or any other form of bonus abuse is strictly prohibited. if888 employs automated monitoring to detect such behaviour. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided, winnings confiscated, and/or be permanently banned from future promotions or the platform entirely.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Game Integrity

The RNG systems used in if888 games are independently tested and certified to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and cannot be predicted or manipulated by either the player or the platform. 5.3 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, if888 will review the circumstances and, where possible, reconstruct the game state from server logs to determine the correct outcome. If a fair resolution cannot be determined, if888 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts.

5.4 Live Betting

Bets accepted before odds are updated are honoured at the accepted odds. if888 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time, including during breaks in play or where there are concerns about the integrity of an event.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the if888 platform. Engaging in any of these activities is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of bets and winnings, and/or reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using if888 while under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Operating more than one if888 account, or assisting another person to open an account in your name.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes in any game or the platform itself to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in any multiplayer game format, or with third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any activity that compromises the integrity of a sporting event.
• Using the if888 platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing if888 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access the source code of any if888 software.

7 Responsible Gaming

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any if888 content without our prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

if888 endeavours to keep the platform available at all times but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government, or natural disasters).

10.2 Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, if888's total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your if888 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 Consequential Loss Exclusion

if888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if if888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit if888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Suspension & Termination

11.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your if888 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML verification requirements.

11.2 Closure by if888

if888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information at registration or during ongoing verification.
• Your account activity triggers AML, fraud, or responsible gaming concerns.
• We are required to do so by PAGCOR directive, court order, or other legal obligation.
• The continued operation of your account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to if888.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, if888 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited activity, while returning legitimate deposits after deducting any amounts owed by you to if888.

12 Disputes & Governing Law

12.1 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the if888 platform, you should first contact our customer support team, who will attempt to resolve the matter within five (5) business days. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first level, you may escalate the matter in writing to our compliance team. if888 commits to providing a final written response to escalated complaints within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

12.2 PAGCOR Escalation

If you remain unsatisfied following if888's internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate your complaint to PAGCOR as the applicable regulatory authority, in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint handling procedures. if888 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-led investigation or mediation process.

12.3 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any such disputes.

13 Amendments to These Terms

if888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on the if888 platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via their registered email address. Your continued use of the if888 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 11.1.
